14th: 11 AM. Presentation on honeys by Remco of The Gardens of Beeblefoof. Subjects will be - What is honey?, good honey/bad honey, new honey, wildflower honey, varietals (orange blossom, clover, buckwheat etc). Health effects of honey (allergies). Uses of honey: cooking, antiseptic
